MyKohi was born from love. Specifically, the love and spirit of Kohi, Dr. Karan’s beloved rescue pup whose grace and empathy touched every life she encountered. Kohi reminded us of the simple, transformative power of compassion: that by serving others with presence and purpose, we can heal in ways beyond measure. Inspired by her legacy, MyKohi stands as more than a consulting or marketing agency. It’s a movement rooted in care, understanding, and the belief that mental health is the heart of humanity.
MyKohi also honors the compassion, wisdom, and warmth embodied by Buddy, whose gentle nature and unwavering presence continue to inspire kindness, purpose, and strength within the MyKohi family. Just as Kohi and Buddy shared their light, we honor all our children those here and those we carry in spirit through the work we do each day. About Dr. Karan, Founder
Dr. Karan brings over a decade of experience in the mental health community as a clinical researcher, treatment specialist, and business executive. A graduate of Aureus University School of Medicine and the New York Institute of Technology, Dr. Karan has dedicated his career to advancing mental health care through innovation and leadership.
Under his guidance as part owner of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatment facilities, he built one of Tampa Bay’s leading mental health centers, delivering more than 15,000 transformative treatments. As Medical Director for Beyond Marketing, he supported providers in mental health, specializing in TMS and Ketamine, by implementing best practices for patient enrollment and retention. Dr. Karan actively contributes to the field by publishing studies on TMS treatment and serving as a Clinical TMS Society member. Through presentations at conferences, seminars, and podcasts nationwide, he shares insights on emerging trends in treatments like TMS and Ketamine. With expertise spanning clinical care, business operations, and practice growth, Dr. Karan helps providers elevate patient care and grow sustainable, quality-driven practices. His mission is to empower mental health professionals with the tools, knowledge, and strategies to thrive in a rapidly evolving industry.
About Brian Goldbeck, Co-Founder, CEO
Brian Goldbeck’s journey reflects a lifelong passion for leadership, growth, and creating meaningful impact. Born and raised in New Jersey, Brian cultivated his drive early on, forming a lasting bond with Dr. Karan Narwal during their time at Christian Brothers Academy. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Monmouth University, Brian embarked on a new chapter in Florida with his wife in 2011, where they now reside in Manatee County.
With decades of expertise in sales, business development, and client success, Brian built a career defined by leadership and excellence. Recognized with President’s Club honors and MVP awards at multiple organizations, he led sales teams to consistently exceed expectations, generating millions in revenue. Beyond the accolades, Brian’s career embodies his drive to contribute to something greater—work that makes a difference. That vision came to life when Brian joined forces with Dr. Karan to launch MyKohi Consulting. With a shared mission to empower mental health providers and transform patient care, they created a firm dedicated to TMS, Ketamine, and Mental Health clinics. Having witnessed the challenges and triumphs of mental health within his own family, Brian approaches this work with deep empathy and personal conviction. Brian’s leadership blends strategic expertise with heart, delivering measurable growth for clinics while helping providers fulfill their mission. About Stephanie Goldbeck, COO

Born in New York and raised in New Jersey, Stephanie built her foundation in the mortgage and legal industries, where she developed a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a deep appreciation for structure and excellence. As Chief Operating Officer, Stephanie ensures that MyKohi operates with precision, efficiency, and heart. She plays an integral role in aligning people, processes, and purpose, guiding both the internal team and client partners toward sustained growth and meaningful impact. Her passion for mental health advocacy and holistic wellness fuels her work, cultivating a culture rooted in empathy, balance, and continuous progress.

About Mae Ann Mitchell, Administrative Coordinator
Mae Ann Mitchell’s professional journey is defined by dedication, adaptability, and a commitment to helping businesses thrive through thoughtful support. Born and raised in Cebu City, Philippines, Mae Ann developed an early passion for organization and creative problem-solving. Her career spans corporate and freelance roles in administrative support, customer service, and graphic design, giving her a well-rounded foundation to serve diverse clients. From managing emails and calendars to creating polished graphics and maintaining well-organized systems, Mae Ann brings structure, efficiency, and creativity to every task she undertakes.
At MyKohi, Mae Ann plays a vital role in streamlining operations and enhancing client experiences. She coordinates client onboarding, manages internal and external calendars, and organizes essential assets such as digital folders, contracts, and performance reports. Mae Ann also supports the team by handling scheduling, inbox triage, post-meeting follow-ups, lead tracking, and HIPAA-compliant client review responses. Her detail-oriented approach ensures the team can focus on delivering exceptional care while she maintains smooth, reliable systems behind the scenes. Outside of work, Mae Ann is a proud Cebuana and self-described homebody with a love of mystery genres, bringing that same curiosity and care to everything she does.
